Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please call or notify Nursing Xpress 48 hours before your next scheduled review session. Any sessions missed cannot be rescheduled. If you would like to request for additional One-on-One Review services (tutoring) for content not understood, feel free contact us for available days and times. To cancel One-on-One sessions, please call 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule. If you do call 48 houts before your scheduled One-on-One review, you will be charged for the hours that day. Furthermore, if you miss 2 consecutive days of your review without notifying our offices, your reserved schedule will be cancelled.
